Rare conditions could have conspired to create hard-to-see ice on the Sea of Galilee that a person could have walked on back when Jesus is said to have walked on water, a scientist said today.
The study, which examines a combination of favorable water and environmental conditions, proposes that Jesus could have walked on an isolated patch of floating ice on what is now known as Lake Kinneret in northern Israel.
…Such floating ice in the unfrozen waters of the lake would be hard to spot, especially if rain had smoothed its surface.

(Canberra, Australia) A plague of locusts has engulfed towns in Australia’s Outback, devastating crops just as farmers had begun recovering from a two-year drought.
"Given the fact that adult locusts can migrate long distances — sometimes more than 500 kilometers (310 miles) in a night — the potential exists over the next few weeks for plague locusts to move into new areas," Agriculture Minister Warren Truss said.
Dennis said the locusts had cost them "tens of thousands of dollars" in lost income.
"If only we could chocolate coat them and send them off somewhere to sell," she said.

(Nouakchott, Mauritania) "Clouds of locusts [were estimated to be] moving as fast as 60 miles a day and settling at a rate of 200,000 locusts per acre.
"That makes for only 4.5 locusts per square foot."

Question: What kind of motor vehicles are in the Bible?
Answer: Jehovah drove Adam and Eve out of the Garden in a Fury. David’s Triumph was heard throughout the land. Also, probably a Honda, because the apostles were all in one Accord.
